Just letting you all know that in early June, we will be once again hosting our Summer Contest! Before it gets started, there's a bit of an FAQ I'd like to go over:
How's It Work?
Once the official contest blog is posted, you will have approximately 1 month to create some fan art to enter into our contest. We will provide you a theme and some rules to follow, and then you get to drawing (or cosplaying, or writing, or whatever your artistic medium of choice is). From all the entries, we will be picking winners to receive prizes!
Yep! On the table this year are RP and/or dA points for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The rest of the prizes are donated by the membership of this group, which can be anything you like. Usually, things like chibi drawings or art commissions are donated to the pool.
How Do I Donate A Prize?
It's simple! Just leave a comment below stating what kind of prize you would like to donate to our prize pool. Bigger prizes will generally go to higher placed winners, but we have to make sure things are distributed appropriately, so no guarantees on what place of winner your prize will go to. Don't forget: prize donators can enter the contest as well, so don't be shy.
